Ciorba de gulii cu carne de curcan

Ingrediente:
carne de curcan
legume de supa (patrunjel, morcovi, pastarnac etc)
o gulie mare
1 ceapa
patrunjel
3-4 linguri de faina
lapte

Puneti carnea la fiert la foc molcom si spumati din cand in cand.

Intre timp curatati legumele si tocati-le. Gulia o dati pe razatoare.

Cand a fiert carnea, o scoateti din supa si in zeama ramasa adaugati legumele si lasati-le sa mai fiarba 20-30 de minute. Cand carnea s-a racit si puteti pune mana pe ea, curatati-o bine de pe oase si adaugati-o inapoi in supa.

Intr-un mic bol puneti un pic de faina si turnati treptat laptele, amestecand pentru a nu se forma cocoloase. Amestecul obtinut se toarna incet in supa in timp ce se amesteca cu grija. Se mai da o data supa in clocot, se presara patrunjelul si se serveste fierbinte.

Turnip soup with turkey

Ingredients:

turkey meat

soup vegetables (carrots, parsley etc)

one large turnip

1 onion

finely chopped parsley

3-4 tblsp of flour

milk

Boil the meat and when it had cooked take it out of the soup and let it cool.

Meanwhile wash and chop the vegetables. Add them into the soup.

When the turkey meat has cooled, clean the meat off the bones and add them back to the soup.

In a small bowl mix together the flour and the milk, stirring continously. Add this mix into the soup and let it boil for 5 more minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot! :)
