Friptura de porc cu rozmarin, usturoi si masline

Ingrediente


1 bucata pulpa de porc
2-3 catei de usturoi
cateva crengute de rozmarin proaspat
o mana de masline
fulgi de chilli
sae si piper dupa gust
putin ulei

Pulpa de poc se spala, se zvanta si se freaca bine cu sare.
Se aseaza intr-o tava si se presara cu piper, fulgi de chilli, maslinele si usturoiul taiate cubulete.

Se stropeste usor cu ulei - optional si cu putin vin.

Se da la cuptorul incins pentru aproximativ 45-50 de minute.

Ideal cu piure.
